June is Dairy Month!
June is when the dairy industry is celebrated for its ecomomic impact on local communities. This is a time to try a new dairy recipe or learn something new about this wonderful industry. But, did you know that out of each dollar a consumer spends on a gallon of milk, a farmer receives a net pay of $0.03 per gallon?
